Free Flow Power is developing five Projects under development at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Locks and Dams 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9, structures which were built during the 1930s to regulate river navigation. The FFP Projects would provide the first hydropower at these dams. These Project sites are located along the Upper Mississippi River between Red Wing, Minnesota and Lynxville, Wisconsin. Collectively, the five Projects will generate 50.9 MW and 258.6 GWh annually.
